Requirements:

• Must hold a current Indiana Health Facility or Residential Care Administrator’s License
• Understanding of Indiana State Regulations for Residential Care
• Minimum of 1 year experience in nursing home or assisted living facility
• Understanding of the geriatric population
• Communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Day to day operation of facility
• Recruiting and leadership of employees
• Budgeting
• Marketing and admissions
• Resident satisfaction
