CrownPointe of Lebanon is a premier assisted living location with attentive and genuine staff who live to serve and make all of our residents feel at home, while ensuring you (or your loved one) can live comfortably and independently.

We strive to ensure that independence by providing apartment-style living for our residents, available in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floorplans. All apartments are cozy and home-like, including a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, and private bathrooms with walk-in showers!

We also provide local transportation and events and activities, so you can attend on your own, with your neighbors, or catch a ride wherever you need to go, without worry. CrownPointe of Lebanon is conveniently located just next to the Witham Hospital and Medical Complex and the Witham Family YMCA, so quality health care, as well as exercise and fun are just at your fingertips.

As with all of our trusted CrownPointe Communities, Lebanon also offers 24-hour on-site staff, and we only employ licensed nurses and residential care staff. We will administer medication (even package medication dose-by-dose, with our local pharmacy for you!), provide weekly housekeeping and laundry, and serve three meals daily in our dining room.
